In 1998, President Tim York of Mapping Solutions, Inc. hired Doug to help launch his engineering firm into a new channel: Public Safety. Doug's first step was bold, to promote the company mission in a focused statement: "We Map the World". Next, to solve the overwhelming amount of interest in their products and services by Fire Departments all over the globe, Doug strengthened the company's ability to manage it's key relationships by integrating ACT! software. Now, almost ten years later, the company has hired Doug again to help save the lives of firefighters and the people they serve around the world, from Santa Ana to Amsterdam. Mapping Solutions, Inc. is literally "mapping the world" with every GIS/Mapping Solution they install, one map at a time.
